What Should I Do If My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet?

Will My Parcel Be Charged Customs and Import Charges?

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

MAICCO has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

What Happens If I Am Not In When My Order Arrives?

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We aim to make ordering from us as simple and straightforward as possible. This is why our shipping is free of charge worldwide.

Once your online transaction has been completed your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. The goods will be prepared for delivery and shipped within 24 hours, with the exception of orders placed at the weekend which will be shipped the next working day. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by our shippers. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately on davit@maicco.eu or +36 30 436 9873

IMPORTANT CUSTOMS & DUTY INFO:

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We cannot calculate your import duty for you, you must contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order to avoid any unexpected charges.

RETURNS

DO YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?

If the Size does not fit, or you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it.

  • You can return any item for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your original order.
  • If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
  • We’ll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our company, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
  • When you are ready to send the package back to us, send an email to davit@maicco.eu and submit your request. (please include the copy of your invoice and the order number)
